For the past few years both my fingers and my soul have been sent through the wringer in order to write Three Little Letters: Exploring my BPD Through Poetry. And now, it's done. All that's left is for me to tell you all about it. So, if I may, Three Little Letters is my love letter to my younger self. A version of myself who didn't understand what it meant to have Borderline Personality Disorder. Three Little Letters is an opening to people who think they may have BPD and aren't sure what to do next. Three Little Letters is a message to mental health professionals who have clientele with BPD and don't fully understand them. I have decided that recently BPD has become too stigmatized for my liking. So I've decided to give you a peak inside my brain. I hope that between this blog, and the poems in my book we can all realize how truly alike we are, regardless of what the DSM says.
